Each session is completely customized to your needs, goals, and energy level that day. We'll work together to develop a practice that fits your body, your schedule, and your life.
Sessions can focus on physical postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, or a combination of practices. I draw from various yoga traditions and modern movement science to create an approach that works for you.
